  • 7 oz. chopped green chiles
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread the chopped green chiles in pan.

    Spread 1 cup of shredded cheese on chiles.

    Add eggs, milk and Bisquick in blender; pour over cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
