  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen, sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup fat free, less sodium chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons butter
