- 14 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Butter 9-inch pie plate.

2Sprinkle with green chiles.

3Spread cheese over.

4Pour eggs with water on top.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Done when knife placed into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
