- 1 large can green Ortega chilies
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. ground sausage, beef or pork
- garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry sausage, beef or pork in a skillet. Add onions and seasonings until done.

2Add green chilies, shredded, then add tomatoes and simmer 1/2 hour or until chilies are tender. Serve on beans, eggs or eat as is with tortillas.
