  • 3 to 4 lb. pork roast
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 medium cans chili beans (with gravy)
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 5 to 6 cans chopped green chilies
  • flour

Directions

    Cut pork into bite size pieces.

    Brown pork with garlic and onions.

    Stir in flour.

    Add beans, juice and chilies; cook (the longer it cooks, the hotter and better it gets).
