- 2 to 3 lb. diced pork
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 6 to 8 jalapeno or green peppers, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 16 oz. water
- 1 medium onion, diced
Directions

1Cut pork into small pieces and fry at low temperatures with ground beef until pork is tender.

2Add all spices and flour.

3Stir until flour is browned.

4Blend peppers and onion with a little water while flour is browning.

5Add 16 ounces water to meat and flour to make a gravy.

6When gravy has thickened a little, add onion and peppers.

7Simmer for at least half an hour.

8Serve with beans or Mexican food.
