- 1 yellow onion Sweet, Chopped
- 5 cans chilies Ortega
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- sea salt Celtic
- 3 pork chops Diced
- flour Organic
- Spring! Water
- jalapenos Jar diced
Directions

1Blend jalapenos & chilies in food processor or blender, add water and blend.

2Chop onion finely and saute' in a Tbsp of oil.

3Season with garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt.

4Dice pork, dust with flour and place in pan with coconut oil until brown.

5Add salt & garlic powder and onion powder to taste.

6Add to this chilies & jalapenos and 1 bottle of water ( 16.9- oz.). Season again with garlic and onion powder, pepper and salt to taste.

7Let simmer on low to let the flavors mingle add water if it reduces too much.

8Use on top of tacos, for sauce tostadas, on enchiladas. Good on nachos too, or you can just eat it by the bowl like Mr. Joe. This is for you Ms. Mellie, and in memory of Mr. Joe.
