  • 2 to 3 lb. beef chuck roast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. beef broth (approximately)
  • 1 can diced green chiles

Directions

    Boil meat with garlic until tender (can cook in pressure cooker until tender).
