- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chilies
- 4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- 8 slices Bacon (optional)
Directions

1Make hamburger patties, salt and pepper to taste and grill /fry until cooked through.

2Add a teaspoon or more of the green chilies to each patty and cover with a slice of cheese and cover until melted.

3This is best with the buns toasted.

4If I use bacon, I will add 2 slices onto the patty before adding the chilies and cheese.

5I dont like to add mayo, mustard or ketchup.

6I find it takes away from the true taste of the burger.

7The cheese and chilies provide enough juice to make up for the condiments.
