Ingredients
- 1 med. pork roast
- 1 lg. can green chilies, not pickled
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion
- 1/2 - 1 sm. can warm jalapenos, diced (optional)
Directions

1Cover roast with water in crockpot and simmer overnight or possibly approximately 8 hrs.

2Let cold.

3Take meat off bone and separate into smaller pcs.

4Add in meat, tomatoes, chilies and diced onions to the broth.

5Add in approximately 2 tsp.

6salt and 1/2 tsp.

7pepper.
-
8Let simmer another 8 hrs.

9Thicken with flour and water.
-
10Let set overnight in refrigerator.

11Serve the next day alone, with tortillas or possibly over burritos.
