- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 24 oz. can diced, drained chili (reserve juice)
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 chili pepper juice
Directions

1Use 10 x 15-inch greased pan.

2Put half grated cheese in pan. Layer chili pepper on top, then another layer of cheese.

3Beat eggs, add chili powder, chili juice and paprika.

4Pour over mixture in pan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Cut into squares.

7Can be frozen.

8Heat in oven 350° for 10 minutes.
