- 2 bay leaves dried

Directions

1Using a food processor or blender, puree the spinach, coriander, vinegar, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, cloves, salt, a pinch of cumin, coriander seeds, Serrano chilies, water, pumpkin seeds, and onion until smooth.

3In a saucepan, add vegetable oil and fry until the meat is cooked.
