  • 4 anaheim chilies
  • 1 serrano chili pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala, seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon chai seasoning
  • 2 -3 tablespoons water

    Roast chilies over high heat until they just start to turn brown.

    Add all ingredients to blender and puree on high.

    You may need to add more or less water to get the consistency that you prefer.
