  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 4 whole Large Kale Leaves (do Not Trim Or Remove Stems)
  • 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
  • Oil Of Your Choice For Frying Pan

Directions

    Place eggs, kale leaves and salt in your Vitamix (or blender).

    Blend on high until smooth.

    Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Pour egg mixture into pan.

    Allow eggs to cook a bit, then scramble them around in the pan.

    Cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
