- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) can green enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

3Add onion and ground beef.

4Stir with fork to break up the ground beef and brown.

5Add chilies, soup and enchilada sauce.

6Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
