Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. dry green onion dip mix
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 dozen tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef with salt and garlic.

2Drain well. Set aside.

3Make sauce: heat soup, milk and Velveeta until melted. Add green chiles, dip mix and pimentos.

4Add cheese and onions to meat.

5Mix well.

6Soften tortillas by dipping them, one at a time, in hot oil in shallow skillet. Drain. Fill with meat mixture. Roll and place in a greased 10 x 13 casserole dish.

7Pour cheese sauce over top.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
