Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 doz. flour tortillas
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Combine in double boiler the soup, milk and Velveeta cheese. When melted and creamy, add green chilies.

    In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion.

    Drain.

    Stir in grated cheese.

    Warm tortillas in foil in oven.

    Place small amount of meat mixture in center of each tortilla.

    Roll and place side by side in baking dish.

    Pour cheese mixture over rolled tortillas.

    Cover; bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Also good when topped with sour cream or when chicken is substituted for beef.
