- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Combine in double boiler the soup, milk and Velveeta cheese. When melted and creamy, add green chilies.

2In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion.

3Drain.

4Stir in grated cheese.

5Warm tortillas in foil in oven.

6Place small amount of meat mixture in center of each tortilla.

7Roll and place side by side in baking dish.

8Pour cheese mixture over rolled tortillas.

9Cover; bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

10Also good when topped with sour cream or when chicken is substituted for beef.
