- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and seasoned
- 15 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 large onion, grated
- 2 cans green chilies, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Cook meat and drain; set aside.

2In a large bowl, mix cheese, soup, onion and green chilies.

3Stir in meat and mix well.

4Soften tortillas one at a time in hot oil.

5Put layer of meat in a large casserole dish; layer 3 or 4 tortillas, the another layer of meat and so on, ending with meat.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Just before removing from oven sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt.

7Makes 8 servings.
