[Vegetarian] White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Flour (preferably whole wheat)
  • 1 Vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Directions

    Fry the thinly cut onions in a little vegetable oil.

    Add the flour and bouillon, and continue to fry, taking care not to let it scorch.

    When the flour has been fried, add the soy and coconut milk, and mix on a low heat until the mixture thickens.

    Season with salt and pepper.
