- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can Pet evaporated milk
- 1/2 jar pimentos
- 1 can Old El Paso chopped tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in double boiler.

2Brown the ground beef and green onions.

3Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain and add cheese.

4Roll in tortillas.

5Pour cheese sauce over tortillas.

6Heat in 300° to 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
