  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • garlic salt to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 to 18 corn tortillas

Directions

    Make sauce by combining soup, cheese, green chilies and milk in top of double boiler.

    Brown meat and add onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Dip tortillas in hot oil and drain.

    Roll meat in tortillas and place in baking dish.

    Cover with cheese sauce and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Can add grated cheese.
