- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 to 18 corn tortillas
Directions

1Make sauce by combining soup, cheese, green chilies and milk in top of double boiler.

2Brown meat and add onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Dip tortillas in hot oil and drain.

3Roll meat in tortillas and place in baking dish.

4Cover with cheese sauce and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Can add grated cheese.
