  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (14 oz.) can green chiles or jalapenos

Directions

    Heat tortillas in skillet, one at a time.

    Place 2 tablespoons of cheese, chicken and onion in each tortilla and roll.

    Place, seam side down, in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
