  • 1 chicken, cooked and torn into pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 small can green chilies or hot peppers
  • 1 pkg. tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 pkg. cheese (mild Cheddar)

Directions

    Mix soup, evaporated milk and chilies and heat.

    Add chicken. Grate cheese.

    Layer tortillas, meat and cheese in baking dish. Bake at 350° until it bubbles.
