Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. Pet evaporated milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. broken walnuts
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water; let cool.

    Stir in Pet milk. In another bowl, mix pineapple, lemon juice, cottage cheese, nuts, celery and mayonnaise.

    Mix together with jello and chill.

    Serves 6.
