Green Jello Salad

Name: Green Jello Salad
Ingredients: 1 small box lime jello; 1 c. boiling water; 1 c. cold water or juice from 1 regular can crushed pineapple (set pineapple aside to use water; mix according to directions on package); 1 small container Cool Whip; 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise; 1 small bottle maraschino cherries; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; marshmallows (if you wish)

1 small container Cool Whip
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
marshmallows (if you wish)

Let chill in refrigerator until mixture starts to jell. Remove and add drained, crushed pineapple, 1 small container of Cool Whip, 2 to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 small bottle of maraschino cherries and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Mix thoroughly. Add marshmallows, if you wish.

Put back in refrigerator and jell until ready to serve.
