  • 2 (about 16 oz.) can green peas, gently rinsed and drained
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) finely diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced sweet pickles
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine peas, cheese, celery, pickles, pimento, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in medium size bowl.

    Toss lightly to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
