  • 1 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1/8-inch strips
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. red or green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 cut up tomatoes (if desired)

Directions
