  • 3 c. cooked rice, rinsed in cold water
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
