  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked as directed
  • 1 small jar pasteurized process cheese spread
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion, pepper and celery.

    Add drained broccoli, cooked rice, soups, cheese and seasonings.

    Bake at 375° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
