- 2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped green onion tops
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 lb. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased casserole (3-quart) and bake, covered, at 350° for 60 minutes.

3Serve hot.

4Yields 16 to 20 servings.
