  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Saute onion in butter.

    Cook broccoli as on back of box.

    After onion is sauteed, add soup and a can of water.

    When soup is smooth, add cheese.

    Cook until cheese is melted.

    Butter a casserole dish.

    Combine all ingredients in dish.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
