- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
Directions

1Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter.

2When almost done, add broccoli and mushrooms.

3Cook rice about 1/2 done.

4Mix all together with mushroom soup and pour in a dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
