- 1 c. uncooked brown rice or long grain white
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. parsley (optional)
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cook rice in double boiler or rice steamer until almost done. Add ingredients in order given.

2Put in oiled baking dish for 1 hour at 375°.
