Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked brown rice or long grain white
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. parsley (optional)
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cook rice in double boiler or rice steamer until almost done. Add ingredients in order given.

    Put in oiled baking dish for 1 hour at 375°.

    Makes about 6 servings.
