  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers (bell)
  • 1/4 c. dried parsley
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken broth (I use bouillon cubes)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Saute onions, bell pepper and parsley in oil until soft. Do not brown. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil; turn down to a simmer. Cook until rice is done with the lid on pan.
