  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Saute onions and celery in it until tender. Cook broccoli for half the time listed on package.

    Cook rice as usual, until done.

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
