- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (2 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Mix cooked rice, sour cream, green chilies and seasonings.

3Place half the mixture in a greased baking dish.

4Top with a layer of shredded cheese. Repeat layers; top with dots of butter.

5Bake for 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
