- 3/4 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Cook broccoli in small amount of water until tender; drain.

3Saute onion in butter or oil.

4Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
