  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped white onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water

    Melt butter in skillet and then add bell pepper, green onions, white onion and salt.
