  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 large green pepper
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Add milk, egg, Cheddar cheese and green pepper. Mince parsley and garlic.

    Mix thoroughly; put in baking dish. Pour salad oil all over and bake 1 hour at 350°.
