- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. hot water
- 1/2 rounded c. rice
- pepper to taste
- 4 tsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Saute first 3 ingredients in skillet.

2Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

3Pour in skillet and bring to boil.

4Grease casserole dish.

5Pour rice in dish.
-
6Add pepper to taste.
-
7Mix pepper, rice and parsley in covered casserole dish.

8Pour skillet ingredients over rice and cook 20 minutes at 325°.

9Fluff and cook, uncovered, an additional 20 minutes.
