- 7 serrano chilies
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. cilantro
- salt
Directions

1Put tomatillas and chilies in saucepan.

2Add about 1 cup water and bring to a boil.

3Boil, covered, until tomatillas and chilies are tender.

4Drain.

5Place in blender with sliced onions and cilantro.

6Blend until pureed.

7Salt to taste.
