  • high powered blender
  • glass
  • straw
  • 1 bag of baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/5 bag of frozen mango
  • 1/5 bag of frozen pineapple
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice/water (I like juices because water tends to dilute the flavor.)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 packs of pink lemonade/tropical flavor Emergen-C (specific due to taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy protein (or what other protein you prefer)
