- 2 lb. fresh kale, washed
- 4 ham hocks
Directions

1Wash green thoroughly.

2Wash ham hocks.

3In a large pot, place greens and ham hocks; add enough water to completely cover them. Cook about 2 hours or until desired tenderness.

4Stir occasionally during cooking time.

5Add hot peppers (optional).
