- 1/2 c. Canadian bacon, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 16 c. chopped greens
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a large pot, heat oil and saute the bacon and garlic for 2 to 4 minutes.

2Add the greens and lemon juice.

3Cook until the greens are limp, about 5 to 10 minutes.

4Season with salt to taste.
