  • 1- 1/2 pound Grass-fed Beef
  • 1/2 cups Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 4 dashes Kosher Salt
  • 2 dashes Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 8 slices Artisinal Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 4 whole Buns, Good Quality

Directions

    Preheat a grill to medium heat.

    Put the uncooked beef in a bowl and add the onion and garlicno salt yet.

    Mix gently to combine then create 4 light and loosely formed patties.

    Sprinkle each burger with salt and pepper right before you put it on the grill.

    Immediately grill them at medium heat.

    Keep the lid closed and grill until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.

    Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm, 3 to 5 more minutes.

    Theyre perfectly done when they measure 160 F inside.

    If desired, top each burger with 2 slices of cheese (dont put cold cheese on them and never American) during the last 2 minutes of cooking and cover with foil to melt.

    Remove burgers from the grill onto a clean platter.

    Let the burgers stand for 2 or 3 minutes to allow juice to redistribute.

    And dont stop at the burger, serve on good quality buns!
