Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak
Directions

1Mix marinade ingredients and pour into gallon sized zip lock bag and as steak.

2Marinade 30 + min or overnight

3Remove steak from marinade and shake off extra.

4Save marinade and brush on a few times while grilling.

5Grill on hot grill for approx 20 min for medium- well.

6Instant read thermometer should read 150

7Let rest a few min before eating
