- 2 lbs French bread
- 1 lb sliced cooked ham
- 1 lb sliced salami
- 8 ounces sliced swiss cheese
- 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
- 12 cup barbecue sauce
Directions

1Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

2Cut bread loaves horizontally in half.

3Arrange half of ham, salami and cheeses on each bottom loaf half.

4Spread barbecue sauce over sandwich fillings.

5Add tops of loaves; secure with toothpicks.

6Wrap each loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil.

7Grill covered 3 to 4 inches from medium heat about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot.
