  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 cups cold water
  • bbq sauce Sweet Baby Ray's

Directions

    Defrost/trim the chicken breasts

    Dissolve the salt in the water. Add to the chicken breasts in a plastic bag and refrigerate for up to an hour.

    Grill on high. When the breast registers 140, brush on BBQ sauce, and again between 150-160. Breasts are done when they register 160.
