  • 1 ounce sharp cheddar--sliced
  • 1 ounce Fontina cheese
  • 1/2 ounce Gruyer
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter

    heat pan over medium heat and butter inside of bread and slice cheeses

    lay cheeses on buttered bread; put bread together

    butter outside of bread and place in pan, turn when browned.
