  • Whole wheat fat free bread (or which ever you prefer)
  • Low cholesterol butter
  • Sliced cheese American

Directions

    Butter each side of the bread and place butter side down on the skillet. Place a piece of cheese on each piece of bread. Cook on low heat until golden brown then put both sides of cheese together and cook for another 30 sec on each side. Once down cut on a diagonal angle.
